App expensive that doesnt work
App expensive that doesnt work
This is a great app.Really easy to use and lots of information, instantly.
Seems complicated and confusing and was hoping for details like arrival and departure times. Not much help for me.
No flight times, arrivals or departures no benefit
Data on the screen is not accurate. They are different information from the other information provided from the airport website.
This is the best plane tracker by far. Need an "all planes in your location" function but the rest makes up for that
I just bought this app and i am not completly happy. The app shows most airports but it needs way more. The flight information is not that acurate either, for example, it showed a flight from a small regional airport in the us to Australia with singapore airlines, and i know that this is just impossible because the regional airport is hardly in-use and it does not have ANY international flight. I think after a few updates including more information this will become a good app!
Im impressed. Hours of fun for this plane geek. It took a minute to figure out how this works, and theres absolutely no support that I could find from the iPlane Radar Support page for this particular app. Lots of planes. First click the flag, then find an airport and click on the airport, then youll see all the planes going in and out of that airport. Click on a plane and you can see all the geeky stuff about it. Far more information available about those planes. For me, it includes domestic and international flights within the US and International flights outside the US (say, Australia). It doesnt appear to track flights by searching for airlines, times etc. so its mostly for the virtual traveler. I think this developer has other apps for that.
IPlane Radar has the ever-popular Craig Municipal Airport in Jacksonville, Florida BUT NOT Jacksonville International Airport. Whats up with that? Im afraid to check which other airports are not included in this purchase.
If you are interested in Syracuse NY, forget this one.
What changed? Now frequent app crashes.
Nice app, nearly what I want... Desperately needs a Help or getting started feature. Please also add a Follow that Plane or search function, where having identified a flight of interest, its progress can be tracked from its start to end point, e.g. 3 hours into a 10 hour flight it can be visually seen on the map to be mid way over the Atlantic (instead of trying to refind or identify the flight by tapping on random planes all over the place). Automatic memory or return to the last plane viewed would be great. Finally, why are all the plane routes shown to and from the US only?
With respect to the many good reviews of this app, I have been disappointed. This app shows but a fraction of known flights and often shows flights that just are plane wrong. For example the app showed direct flights between Auckland and Canberra on Air NZ. No such flight exists. Searching flights around Sydney, the app showed 10 flights with no domestic flights at all. Finally a search just now of LHR showed no flights at all. Pretty unhelpful.
Doesnt work at all... Don waste your time and money with this one...
Has the potential to be a great App But is Bugggggggy! Save your time and look elsewhere for one that works or face endless frustration as the App behaves unpredictably even though given the same instruction repeatedly.
There needs to be a search bar to find a flight by its number. Without it the app is useless because you can not find a specific flight.
Its missing tons of airports and the app generally behaves erratically. I just wasted $2.99
Absolutely the worst AP ever. Free ones do a better job. So few airports, not worth the money.
Piece of crap.
An awful app compared to flight radar which is way superior, i suggest you do not waste your money
